Consulting & Speaking

Working Together

Consulting, collaboration, speaking and training with organisations, institutions and communities.

Partnering with organisations, communities and leaders to embed culturally responsive practices through consulting, training and strategic collaboration that strengthen wellbeing, ethical leadership, inclusive workplaces and sustainable systems change.

My approach

Beyond clinical psychology, grounded in it

My consulting practice extends beyond clinical psychology while remaining firmly grounded in clinical expertise and experience.

What distinguishes my approach is the integration of interdisciplinary research and community collaboration. This combination enables me to work alongside organisations and institutions on complex mental health issues which include trauma, wellbeing, research application and psychosocial challenges, connecting evidence and theory with the realities of people, communities and systems. Rather than offering conventional psychological training or generic workplace wellness solutions, my consulting brings a critical, ethically grounded and contextually responsive perspective to developing meaningful and sustainable approaches to care, knowledge, practice and organisational change.
